These products are manufactured by our employees. Address and city of work: ul. Smaków 2, 49-318 Skarbimierz (Wroclaw). Position:   Line operator Requirements: Gender - Men, Women, couples Wage: Contract type: Umowa o Pracę Rate for production worker: 27.70 PLN gross/hour. The company has payments for overtime and weekend work. Additionally +20% to the rate for work at night, +50% to the rate for over-hours, +100% to the rate for work on weekends and holidays (Saturday +5 PLN/hour, Sunday +10 PLN/hour. Advances are not provided! Bonuses up to 10% of the monthly salary for no absences. Salary by the 15th of every month. Schedule: 4 days a week, 8 hours each, in 3 shifts (22:00-06:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 06:00-14:00) When working on day shifts, the schedule is 4/1, when working in night - 4/2. Breaks - 20 minutes Accommodation It is provided free of charge, but with the payment of utilities PLN 250 net. You can get to work using free transport from the company. Responsibilities of the employee: Work on a production line with several types of products. Weight that men lift from 3 kg to 7 kg rarely up to 9 kg. Women are busy stacking sweets on the line. Conveyor line maintenance. Packaging of finished products Men replenish boxes from which women take chocolates and place them on the line. Near the line there is a work area where boxes (3-9kg) arrive, which men carry and pour chocolates from them into containers near the line. At the end of the line, already packaged boxes of candies are collected and cardboard blanks are placed for automatic packaging. (Pack two rows of 7 packs = 14 packs per box) Women take products from containers and place them in the correct order on the moving line. One line is 4 different ribbons from different products (For example: chocolate, candy bar, candy, lollipop). It is important to maintain order and monotony when working on the line. On the line, workers regularly change jobs from standing processes to sitting ones from 30 minutes to 4 hours. We make a   WORK PERMIT within   2-3 months   it's   COST .
