Mechatronic Engineer – After Sales Support

Sado Co. Ltd is a leading innovator in the Printing Industry, committed to delivering exceptional products and customer service. We are expanding our after-sales team and seeking a skilled Mechatronic Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our customers.**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our mechatronic products to customers and service centers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to mechatronic systems.
• Conduct on-site and remote maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of equipment.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to provide feedback on product improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training and manuals for clients and technicians.
• Document service activities, issue reports, and resolutions accurately.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems at customer sites.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in mechatronic systems, maintenance, or after-sales support.
• Strong technical skills in electronics, mechanical systems, and control systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, embedded systems, sensors, actuators, and motor drives.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, CAD software, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required for on-site support.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with robotics, automation systems, or industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with firmware programming and software integration.
• Certifications in mechatronics, electronics, or related fields.
