Job Description

We are looking for new IT Analyst (Italian speaking) to join our support & maintenance team.

If you speak Italian, if you live in Silesian region or you are willing to relocate and you want to develop your skills as IT analyst, don't hesitate to apply!

Activities & Responsibilities

Your main activities will be divided in two support areas:

  • 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in our customers’ plants
  • 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes

The main activities in scope for these services consist in:

  • Ticket Management (Drive IT or JIRA as ticketing tools used with the customer / Visual Studio as internal ticketing tool)
  • Providing Workaround to the customer (when applicable)
  • Resolving autonomously some typology of tickets
  • Analysis of the problems before escalating the ticket to technical teams
  • Relation with the customer

Minimum Requirements to apply

  • Very good knowledge of Italian language
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Availability to work on shifts
  • Availability to work in our office in Katowice

Nice to have Requirements

  • Previous experience as Customer Support 
  • Previous experience on ticketing tools
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL
