We perform retrofits of existing buildings to modernize and decarbonize. In doing so we enable integration into (hybrid) heat networks. Our projects are linked by a focus on enhancing tenant comfort while reducing CO2 emissions through energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, and increasing rental revenues.
